Happy Wattle Day

Room 9 would like to wish all the families and friends of Wattle Grove Primary School a happy Wattle Day.
This is a day where we can all celebrate Australia's national floral emblem. It is a symbol that comes directly from our land. Wattle represents us all. National Wattle Day excludes no one. Like our people, wattle has great diversity (with nearly 1,000 species) and resilience.
Wattle welcomes in the spring and is among the first plants to regenerate after fire.

Room 9 had a lovely time making cards and celebrating the day with their Pre-Primary buddies.
