It is very important that all students attend school daily and arrive on time to help with their organisation for the day. If your child is absent, please let the school know as soon as possible. This could be via the phone, a note or the school app.
Please ensure homework is completed on time ready to be marked on a Friday. It is also important that when students are learning their spelling words, they must make sure they find out the meaning so it can be used in the correct context.
We had our first assembly on Friday. Congratulations to all students who received an award.
Dylan, Manual and Jamie were our Merit Award winners.
Joshua, Sabbir, Kate, Jesse and Muzafer all received awards for Literacy Pro.
Jin-Ai and Halle received an award for being in the top 5 most improved for the Year 5 Year Level Challenge.
Sabbir was one of the top 5 students for Year 5.
Congratulations to Chloe and Lincoln who were voted as Student Councillors for Room 25 for Semester 2.
Nature Playground
A huge thanks to the P and C for fundraising to build the new Nature Playground. The students had a walk round on Friday afternoon to talk about how to take care of it. They then enjoyed a play using the new equipment.
